Justin Jasniewski ’13 is a healthcare industry executive and speaker specializing in pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical market access, and mail service pharmacy. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Serve You Rx, a pharmacy solutions provider in Milwaukee, WI, providing pharmacy benefit management services and delivering prescriptions to hundreds of thousands of patients across the United States. In this role, Jasniewski leads the strategic direction and operations of Serve You Rx and is charged with delivering best-in-class service and clinical outcomes for Serve You Rx patients and clients.
Jasniewski started his career at Serve You Rx as a financial analyst shortly after graduating from Carroll University. After gaining critical analytical, financial, and coding skills, he created the Pricing and Analytics department at Serve You Rx, building a team of 4 from scratch to lead the pricing and analytics functions across the enterprise. He then moved to Senior Strategy Consultant at KPMG, where he consulted for upper management in global pharmaceutical manufacturers on innovative contracting strategies, go-to-market strategy for digital health products, market access operating models, and omnichannel marketing. Prior to his current role, Jasniewski was Chief Financial and Analytics officer at Serve You Rx.
Jasniewski received his Bachelor of Science in actuarial science with honors from Carroll University in 2013 and his Master of Business Administration with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2019. During his time at Kellogg, he received the Academic Achievement Award given to students who maintained a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society for graduating in the top 10% of his class.
In his free time, Jasniewski volunteers through advocacy work in the community. Through his work at Serve You Rx in 2022, Jasniewski traveled across the country to 10 states and over 20 events, including the Clinton Global Initiative 2022 Meeting, advocating for Narcan access through the Mobilize Recovery Across America Bus Tour in collaboration with The Voices Project, the Recovery Advocacy Project, and Start Healing Now. He has also done pro-bono consulting work for Global Health Corps, a global nonprofit with a mission to build global leaders to build global health equity, and the Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program, a program to offer underrepresented students holistic support on their path to medical and health careers.
During his time as a student, Jasniewski served as President of the Delta Rho Upsilon fraternity, Vice President of the Student Senate, and Finance Chair of Colleges Against Cancer. He was named one of “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges” in 2012.
Jasniewski has remained involved in the Carroll University community including guest lecturing to Healthcare Administration and Actuarial Science students; participating in Carroll University’s inaugural TEDx event as a speaker through his talk “Community – An Overlooked Tool to Combat the Opioid Epidemic,” is a member of the Old Main Society and serves as a board member of the Business & Technology Advisory Board and the School of Business CEO Roundtable. Additionally, he has developed an internship program through Serve You Rx, which teaches students about pharmacy benefit management and data analytics.
